3. Cancellation Deadlines

Cancellation requests must be made within the following timelines to avoid penalties:

  • Within 24 hours of booking: Full refund without penalty.
  • More than 48 hours before departure: Partial refund, subject to a cancellation fee.
  • Within 48 hours of departure: No refund available.
