2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@flywibe.com with your booking reference number. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain bookings may be non-refundable based on the terms set by the train service providers. Please review the booking details carefully before making a purchase.

4. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be available for cancellations made outside the allowed cancellation period. These refunds will be subject to applicable fees and charges.
